Yes. Every KLAREVE diamond is priced as a flat rate, all-inclusive. The price you see is benchmarked against the guaranteed grade floor of the collection — the minimum color, clarity, and cut you will receive. It includes the diamond, IGI certification, insured FedEx 2-Day shipping, and premium packaging. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout. Applicable sales tax may be added based on your shipping address.

Each collection tier has a single flat-rate price per carat size. This price is benchmarked against the guaranteed grade floor — the minimum certified grades for that collection.

For example, the Classic 1ct is priced based on its guaranteed floor of G color, VS2 clarity, and Excellent cut. If the stone we fulfill is graded above that floor (say, F color or VS1 clarity), you receive the upgrade at no extra charge. The price never changes — only the upside potential.

This means you always know exactly what you are paying, exactly what you are guaranteed to receive, and any upgrade is a bonus.

Because each diamond is individually sourced upon order, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. Please contact us at order@klareve.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

From the date you place your order, expect delivery within 6-8 business days total. Here is what happens:

1. Within 24 hours — We email you the exact IGI report for your diamond so you can review the certified grades before shipment.
2. Days 2-4 — Diamond sourcing, quality inspection, and preparation.
3. Days 5-6 — Secure transit to our U.S. fulfillment center, final inspection, and packaging.
4. Days 7-8 — FedEx 2-Day shipping to your door with full insurance and tracking.

Yes. Within 24 hours of placing your order, we email you the exact IGI certification report for the diamond we have reserved for you. This report shows the certified carat weight, color, clarity, cut, polish, and symmetry grades.

You can review the report and confirm it meets or exceeds the guaranteed grade floor for your collection tier before we ship. If you have any questions about the report, our team is available at order@klareve.com.

Yes. Every order ships free via FedEx 2-Day with full transit insurance and adult signature required. Shipping is included in the flat-rate price of every diamond.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories only. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us to discuss options.

For the security of your purchase, all shipments require an adult (18+) to be present to sign for the delivery. FedEx will not leave the package unattended. This ensures your diamond arrives safely into your hands.

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy from the date of delivery. Return shipping is completely free (we provide a prepaid FedEx label), and there is no restocking fee. The diamond must be in its original, unworn condition with all packaging and IGI certification included. If the diamond does not meet the guaranteed grade floor stated at purchase, we will cover all return costs and issue a full refund immediately. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

Email us at order@klareve.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid FedEx return label within 1 business day. Package your diamond in the original box and drop it off at any FedEx location.

Yes. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window as returns. Contact us and we will arrange the exchange. If the new diamond is a different price, we will charge or refund the difference. Your replacement will ship within our standard processing time once we receive the original.

Once we receive and inspect your returned diamond, we process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit to your account.

Yes. KLAREVE diamonds are 100% real diamonds, grown in a laboratory using the same conditions that create diamonds in nature. They have the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as mined diamonds. The only difference is their origin.

IGI (International Gemological Institute) is one of the world's most respected independent gemological laboratories. Every KLAREVE diamond comes with an IGI certification that verifies its carat weight, cut, color, and clarity grades. This certificate is your diamond's identity document and proof of quality.

Every KLAREVE diamond comes with a guaranteed grade floor — the minimum color, clarity, and cut grades you will receive, verified by an independent IGI certification. You will never receive a diamond graded below this floor.

For example, a Classic collection diamond is guaranteed G color or better, VS2 clarity or better, and Excellent cut or better. Many customers receive stones graded above the floor at no additional cost — that is pure upside for you.

We offer diamonds in 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, and 5 carat sizes across all three collections. Each size is available as a loose diamond, ready to be set in the setting of your choice.

Yes. Because our diamonds are grown in a laboratory, they are 100% conflict-free. No mining is involved, which means no environmental destruction, no displacement of communities, and no funding of conflict.

KLAREVE currently specializes in loose lab-grown diamonds. We do not offer settings or finished jewelry at this time. Your KLAREVE diamond can be set by any jeweler of your choice.
