Our Promise

We want you to be completely confident in your KLAREVE diamond. Every diamond comes with a guaranteed grade floor — the minimum color, clarity, and cut grades you will receive, verified by an independent IGI certification. Within 24 hours of your order, we email you the exact IGI report so you can review the certified grades before shipment.

If your diamond does not meet your expectations for any reason, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy with no restocking fees and free return shipping.

Return Policy

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. The diamond must be in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging, documentation, and the IGI certification included. Custom or specially modified orders may not be eligible for return.

If the diamond does not meet the guaranteed grade floor stated at purchase (e.g., the IGI report shows grades below the collection's minimum), we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund immediately, no questions asked.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at order@klareve.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a prepaid FedEx return shipping label within 1 business day.
  3. Package your diamond securely in the original box with all included materials.
  4. Drop off the package at any FedEx location or schedule a pickup.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is completely free. We provide a prepaid, fully insured FedEx shipping label for all returns. You do not need to pay for any return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned diamond, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If the return is due to the diamond not meeting the guaranteed grade floor, the refund is processed on an expedited basis.

Exchange Policy

Want a different size or collection? We are happy to help with exchanges. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window as returns. Contact us at order@klareve.com to arrange an exchange. If the new diamond is a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your diamond arrives damaged, is not as described, or does not match the IGI report we sent you before shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including all shipping.

IGI Certification

Important: If the IGI certification is missing or damaged upon return, a $150 re-certification fee will be deducted from your refund. Please keep all documentation in a safe place.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Diamonds returned after the 30-day window.
  • Diamonds that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Items missing original packaging or IGI certification (subject to the $150 re-certification fee).
