Free FedEx 2-Day shipping on every order. Fully insured. IGI report emailed within 24 hours. Adult signature required.

Shipping Overview

At KLAREVE, every diamond is sourced, inspected, and shipped with care. Within 24 hours of your order, we email you the exact IGI certification report for your diamond so you can review the certified grades before shipment. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

All orders ship free via FedEx 2-Day with full insurance and adult signature required. You receive your diamond's IGI report within 24 hours of ordering — before it ships.

Processing Time

Because every KLAREVE diamond is individually sourced and verified against your collection's guaranteed grade floor, please allow 4-6 business days for processing before your order ships.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via FedEx 2-Day at no additional cost to you. Every shipment includes:

  • Full transit insurance - Your diamond is insured for its full value from the moment it leaves our facility until it reaches your door.
  • Adult signature required - For security, an adult (18+) must be present to sign for the delivery.
  • Tracking number - You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Estimated Delivery

From the date you place your order, you can expect delivery within 6-8 business days total (4-6 days processing + 2 days shipping). You will receive your IGI report within the first 24 hours, giving you full visibility into your diamond's certified grades before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States only (all 50 states and U.S. territories). We do not ship to P.O. boxes. A valid street address is required for FedEx delivery. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your diamond ships, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. You can track your package at fedex.com or through the link in your confirmation email.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. All shipments are fully insured, and we will work with FedEx to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
